Quality Control

At Delicare Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., Quality control testing and validation labs are fitted with state-of-the-art analytical equipment and testing facilities. More than 300 dedicated employees in Quality Control Team are involved in routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, finished APIs, water, packing materials, end of run cleaning samples and environmental monitoring of bio burdens in API pharma areas.
Delicare’s Quality control is equipped with all types of analytical instruments (UPLCS, HPLC, GC, Particle Size analyzers, XRPD, LC-MS, GC-MS, stability chambers, moisture analyzers and all microbiology equipment’s) and is not dependent on out sourcing of testing.

The Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team at Delicare comprises of more than 90 employees that are continually monitoring various facets of the Quality Management System. We are committed to maintaining highest Quality Standards in cGMP manufacturing through periodic reviews and continuous improvement of Quality Management System.
